Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access the ShuoBa website, create an account, buy a subscription, and use the app's Chinese speaking practice features.

1. Scope of the service

ShuoBa provides Chinese speaking practice tools, lessons, progress tracking, replay videos, and related learning experiences across web and mobile surfaces.

2. User responsibility

Users are responsible for their account information, recordings, replay videos, and any content created or shared through the service. The service must not be used for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid iOS plans are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Billing is charged to the user's Apple ID account, renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in App Store subscription settings.

4. Product changes

ShuoBa may update lessons, feature sets, pricing, reward systems, interface design, and service operations as the product evolves.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the service stable, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

6. Restriction or suspension

Accounts or access may be limited if we detect misuse, fraud, policy violations, unpaid charges, or security risks affecting the platform.
